Pizza 4P’s (50 Norman Ave.), a Japanese-inspired Italian pizza restaurant in Greenpoint’s 50 Norman complex opened last weekend. Pizza 4P’s was founded in Vietnam in 2011 by Japanese native Masuko Yosuke. The company now operates over 40 locations across Vietnam, Cambodia, India, Indonesia and Japan. The new Brooklyn location of Pizza 4P’s is the first in the United States. On Instagram, Pizza 4P’s called the opening of the Brooklyn outpost “a deeply meaningful step” as the brand makes its American debut.

The Pizza 4P’s team is guided by the belief of “oneness.” They believe that producers, chefs, staff, guests, and the environment are “not separate”— but part of the same whole.” For 15 years, this belief has shaped everything the team does.
Throughout the brand’s journey across Asia, Pizza 4P’s team has dedicated themselves to sustainability, making homemade cheese in their own workshops, and using ingredients with traceable producers.
Before the Brooklyn location’s debut, the team visited local farms one by one, carefully selecting the freshest ingredients available in New York.

The menu at Pizza 4P’s starts with an eclectic group of appetizers with items like cheese plates and Italian meatball soup to salmon sushi with mozzarella and clam chowder.A large chunk of the menu offers a wide variety of pizzas.
