Las Vegas & Hoover Dam 2-Day Trip

Day 1

We'll meet you at your preferred meeting point between 6:30 am and 7 am and embark on our 2-day trip to Las Vegas and the Hoover Dam. Once we're all together, we'll set off east through the infamous Death Valley on our way to the gambling capital of the world: Las Vegas.

On the way, we'll make a stop for lunch at an outlet mall on the Nevada State Line. You'll be able to see lots of shops for iconic brands such as Levi, Nike, Reebok and Timberland.

In the evening, we'll take a tour of the Las Vegas Strip so you can see the incredible hotels that have been constructed in the middle of the desert. Look out for world-famous luxury hotels such as Caesar's Palace, Paris Las Vegas and Treasure Island Hotel.

You can then round off the first day by attending a dazzling show or trying your luck at the many casinos before spending the night at Harrah's Hotel.

Day 2

After having a leisurely continental breakfast, we'll set off from Las Vegas and head to the Hoover Dam.

This colossal dam, which sits on the border between Nevada and Arizona, was built during the Great Depression and opened in 1936. During our visit, we'll discuss how this monumental man-made phenomenon was built and the impact it's had on the local area.

Next, we'll set off west so you can have one last chance at the slot machines found on the state line before we cross over into California.

Our 2-day trip will finish upon our arrival in Los Angeles in the afternoon.

Pickup Point

This tour includes pickup from two different locations in Los Angeles:

• 6:30 am: Starbucks Coffee Shop Farmers Market.
• 7 am: Four Points by Sheraton Los Angeles Westside.

Tour Accommodation

The tour includes 1 night's accommodation with breakfast at a 3-star hotel in Las Vegas. Lodging will be at Harrah's Hotel or similar. The prices indicated are per person in double occupancy.
